We are on the lookout for a Point of Sales System Support to join the team at Howard Smith Wharves. You will be supporting all our venues across our precinct in day-to-day servicing. We're especially interested in candidates with a background in hospitality who are looking to explore new aspects of the industry beyond frontline service. This is a great opportunity to gain behind-the-scenes experience in the financial operations that support a successful hospitality environment. Key responsibilities include: Updating and maintaining POS systems Managing Me&U updates Updating external ordering platforms Replacing hardware when required Basic troubleshooting and issue resolution What we are looking for: Proactive and able to take initiative in identifying and solving issues You can support system upgrades and routine maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
